Leslie E. Tolzin earned his law degree in 1990 from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in Tacoma, and has spent his entire legal career here. From DUI and traffic infractions to drug crimes and murder, the sole focus of his law firm is criminal defense. He handles all misdemeanor and felony charges (state or federal), practicing in the U.S. District Court, Superior Court, county courts and the municipal courts located in Pierce County, Thurston County, King County and beyond in Washington state.
Mr. Tolzin has attended the National Criminal Defense College and received advanced legal training in forensic science. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and serves on the Board of Governors of the Washington Defenders Association. He is also a member and strong advocate of NORML (the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws).
